School Refurbs
Able Contracts school works service is growing from strength to strength.
We initially meet with the School facilities Manager who gives us a brief of what they want to achieve, we then produce a CAD drawing of the existing layout and maybe 3 to 4 ideas of the best way to make good of the area that they want to transform, once this is agreed an detailed drawing will be produced complete with exact dimensions / elevations etc along with a detail quotation.
Our works within the schools vary from something as small as replacing a damaged door to multiple classrooms.
We also offer full turnkey projects where we can co-ordinated other trades such as Electrics, Decorating, Plumbing, Flooring Etc Etc.
Health & Safety as one of our top priorities, you won’t be surprised to hear that we are a CHAS Accredited Contractor adding another layer of security for our customers. We ensure we work carefully with staff, families and children, ensuring projects are carried out safely and with minimum disruption.
All our operatives have valid CRB checks.

Shopfitting
We offer a full turnkey shop fitting works to our many Clients.
Ranging from our initial meeting to designing a complete shopfit to meet the Client’s needs which includes full CDM requirements, leasing with the Centre Management and organizing different trades to a mutually agreed programme of works.
This may include the manufacturing of bespoke items such as fixtures & fittings, changing areas, counter etc.
We pride ourselves on completing the shop fit within the Clients budget and handover on time.
Joinery Services
From our in house Worksop we have the facilities to undertake a wide range of bespoke manufacturing items such as:-

- Counters / Reception Desks
- Fire doors
- Cupboards
- Retail fixtures & fittings
By undertaking the works in house we have complete control of all critical dates in order that all works will be finished on schedule and with great quality.
